I found the second issue of an apparent three. The story seems fairly close to the Punisher's from what I can tell from this one issue.
There was one part of the issue I could not help but love, so I redrew it for your viewing pleasure:
So yeah Mr. Targitt was a bad ass. Not only did he throw a guy into what I assumed was some sort of hot chemical, he shot at him 3(!) times!You can find more information about Targitt here:
